COMPREHENSIVE PILATES TEACHER TRAINING
Join us at Precision Pilates in Halifax, NS, Fredericton, NB or a Host Studio for an immersive teacher education experience. Across four progressive 20-hour seminars, you’ll train on the full range of classical Pilates apparatus—from Mat and Reformer to Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and more. Each seminar builds on the last, combining hands-on practice with the timeless principles of Contrology, Joseph Pilates’s original method of mind–body conditioning.
MAT PLUS TEACHER TRAINING
Offered at Precision Pilates in Halifax, NS, Fredericton, NB or a Host Studio, our Mat Plus program combines two sequential two-day seminars with a final examination. You’ll learn the complete repertoire of Mat work, Magic Circle, Hand Weights, and Joe’s Wall exercises, all grounded in the principles of Contrology—Joseph Pilates’s original system of mind–body conditioning. This program gives you the tools and confidence to teach foundational Pilates with strength and authenticity.
MAT AND REFORMER TEACHER TRAINING
Group Equipment Teacher education seminars are taught at Precision Pilates in Halifax, NS, Fredericton, NB or a Host Studio. A full range of Pilates exercises are taught for the Reformer, Mat, Magic Circle, Hand Weights, and Joe’s Wall exercises. There are three two-day education seminars that must be completed in order as well as a final examination day. These seminars will focus on Contrology, Pilates’s system of mental and physical conditioning

Authentic Pilates Canada™ is Canada’s Authentic Pilates teacher education centre, providing comprehensive teacher training in the classical Pilates system. We also offer continuing education credits.
Our Mission is to preserve and teach Authentic Pilates with current and future generations of Pilates professionals.
